YES Practice is on tonight from 5:30 to 7:00 PM starting from weight room. Bring a towel! -Coach Ellmore

Inclement Weather Policy

All, we will have practice rain or shine. And yes, we can run in snow! Unlike baseball, we train and race in foul weather, because we don't have to worry about a wet ball and giving someone an unfair advantage. The only time we won't run is when it is a real safety issue, like when there is lightning, extreme wind, or ice. But, we may have practice somewhere else, like the school to do core and strength work. These are all conditions you may race in. Start bringing a towel to both clean-up a little and to protect car seats.

A good rule of thumb is, if schools were not canceled due to weather, we will have practice.If you are ever unsure, check or web sites, call me, or text me.
