The Southern High School Sports Boosters will be sponsoring a Fall Sports Awards Night and Banquet. The Awards Night and Banquet will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Southern High School.
The program is:
6 PM Dinner in the cafeteria catered by Chevys Fresh Mex
7 PM Awards Program in the Auditorium
8 PM Dessert and Individual awards in the Cafeteria
The dress is dressy casual. Please join us to celebrate the fall sports season. The cost of the Banquet is $15.00 per person or $25 per couple. The athlete is free. Please return the bottom of this form by November 14, 2008 so we can get the count into the caterer. No one will be admitted to the Dinner unless the form below is returned. Even free athletes must return the form. Make checks payable to the Southern High Sports Boosters.
