The McMillan Running Calculator
Runners, when you get your time trial times Saturday, check out the The McMillan Running Calculator via the links on the right. It will give you an idea of what times you could do at different distance with the correct training. It will also help us determine pacing for various training activities.
Put in your time and print out the results. On the print out right the date. We'll see where you are later in the season. But remember, running cross country is tougher than on a track.
